Post-War Rolls-Royce & Bentley Models (1955-1965)

This catalogue covers parts for the Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud, Bentley S Series, and their long-wheelbase and coachbuilt variants, as well as the Phantom V.

Introduced in 1955, the Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud and Bentley S Type represented a new phase in vehicle design, featuring body-on-frame construction. Both models were initially powered by a 4.9-litre straight-six engine. In 1959, the Series Two models introduced the more powerful 6.23-litre V8 engine, enhancing performance. The Series Three, released in 1962, brought styling changes such as twin headlamps and a lowered bonnet line.

In addition to the standard models, long-wheelbase and coachbuilt variants, like the Bentley Flying Spur, were also offered. The Rolls-Royce Phantom V, produced between 1959 and 1968, shared mechanical components with the Silver Cloud and S Series models. These vehicles were typically bodied by Mulliner Park Ward or James Young, often used as limousines by royalty and high-profile individuals. These models remain some of the most recognizable symbols of post-war luxury, with many still highly regarded by collectors today.
