Your order will be picked packed and dispatched within 15 minutes of placing the order subject to the time of day, and availability of the items (see above for availability). Our dispatch team is UK based and the final courier collection is at 4.30pm GMT Monday through Friday. Placing an order before 4pm would typically mean your order can be dispatched on the same day if the items are in stock. Do you Price Match?
Yes, we do. Assuming that the product is like for like in quality and material then we will be happy to match the price. You will see a Price Promise button under the images on product pages. Simply fill in the information requested when selecting that button on the product you would like to see matched and we will respond within 1-2 hours Monday to Friday within working hours (9am to 5.30pm)
