This Prestige Parts Bonnet / Hood Release Spring (Part Number PP59552PA-X) fits Rolls-Royce and Bentley models from 2001 to 2010.
This is the release spring which lifts the bonnet/hood, enabling the lift the bonnet/hood easily by hand. The original spring is prone to becoming soft. However, it has been released in an upgraded form under the Prestige Parts range. It may also be retrospectively fitted to the Boot/Trunk Lid, providing additional assistance to the gas struts next to the hinges.
