The toolkit is often a finishing component in a classic car, but until they were developed for the Prestige Parts® range, the rubber moulding often let the side down, as rubber degrades over time, leaving a cracked and powdery appearance. We now supply tool tray mouldings for all the range of Mk VI, R-Type, Silver Dawn, Silver Wraith, S1-3 & SCI-III.

The coolant gallery is an often neglected but critical component of any engine rebuild. Failure to replace this part can lead to poor coolant distribution across the six cylinders due to failure of the part or aggregation of salts. The Prestige Parts® gallery is a no-expense-spared upgrade on the original part. It is manufactured from specially tooled extruded tube (we had to make 1,200 yards of tube) that guarantees straightness (the original gallery was folded and soldered, which encourages bending and twists). The outlet slots have been optimised to provide even distribution of coolant around all six cylinders.

This pipe is conspicuously sited at the top of the engine but is often damaged or twisted when it has been removed as the fixing nut tends to bond to the tube over time. Finished in the original nickel, this pipe features six individually manufactured and assembled subcomponents.

One of the main vulnerabilities of the Silver Seraph and Arnage range of vehicles is the number of flexible hoses required to run the hydraulic and steering systems, many of which have begun to leak over time. Most are expensive from Bentley Motors, and a considerable number have been made obselete. A huge effort has been made to preserve availability by developing hoses for the Prestige Parts® range, keeping these cars on the road.

We've always prided ourselves on our range of rubber seals for classic Rolls-Royce and Bentley, and we're developing more special seals all the time, including for more esoteric coachbuilt models. High quality seals requires large investment in tooling, and the ability to purchase multi-year stocks. All our seals are tested by our in house Quality Assurance Director for fit and function.

This is just one of the products we've introduced using the latest CAD-design and 3D printing technology to replicate (and improve upon) what was originally an injection-moulded component. We use glass-fibre reinforced polymers to create a much more resilient casing.

This is a rare beast, but that didn't stop us developing this steering gaiter, with help from a Pebble Beach-winning Rolls-Royce restorer. We're not stopping here, either. More products just like this are in the pipeline.

STEERING FLUID RESERVOIR (UE46315-X)

This reservoir has long been unavailable, and was previously only replaced by fitting an unsightly fabricated metal reservoir. This product has been 3D printed in two halves using reinforced glass-fibre polymer. The outlets are strengthened with metal tubes, and a magnet is situated at the bottom to trap metallic particles so they do not travel around the system.

We've now developed a huge range of Prestige Parts® reinforced moulded bumper components, including those for Corniche and Camargue models. All our bumpers feature stainless steel reinforcement (to prevent the corrosion that ruined the original versions) which is 50% thicker to prevent the moulding twisting over time.

Remember, we do the boring stuff too. In this case it's a kit of parts to replace the gauze fuel filters. The seals have been manufactured from certificated Viton-B, which resists all concentrations of ethanol.

The "Marchall" lamp we manufactured these lenses for was not fitted to many cars and is now pretty rare. Most of the original lenses are faded or cracked, so we've made perfect replacements. We're also working on making the rest of the lamp too!

Previously unavailable, if your reservoir float leaked you were condemned to an erroneous brake level warning light glowing on your dashboard! We've designed the magnet and had the casing 3D printed in one piece (so it can't leak again).

CYLINDER HEAD GASKET (07V103147.01-X) - Expected July 2022

All models fitted with the Rolls-Royce V8 engine from 1959-2002.

Nearly four years in development, the wait is over. We've upgraded the original design to create a gasket that is suitable for older engines, but robust enogh to cope with the 400BHP output of later engines. This is not a cheap replacement, but an Original Equipment standard cylinder head gasket with an investment budget to suit. This is one we're really proud of.

TRACK ROD, RH (UR27220-X)

All Rolls-Royce and Bentley models from 1982-1998 (excluding Arnage & Silver Seraph)

This is a complex and involved safety critical product, and showcases our attention to detail. Project managed by our ex-Maclaren Quality Assurance Director, every sub component is drawn, certificated and (where necessary) batch marked, with the whole assembly dimensionally checked to within 0.001" on a CMM (Component Measuring Machine). We've made 1,000 of these, so we aren't playing!

AIR INTAKE GRILLE (DRIVER'S) (RH12590/1-X)

All Rolls-Royce and Bentley models from 1982-1998 (excluding Arnage & Silver Seraph)

We're yet to see one of these cars without at least some breakage on one of these air intake grilles. They've been unavailable for some time, so we have used the latest Computer Aided Design (CAD) to develop vacuum moulding tools.
